Wells HT-227 Bain Marie Style electric top-mount, drop-in food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. This single-opening, heated tank provides consistent temperature and can accommodate a variety of round or rectangular inset pans. Drain and WellsLok are standard.
