Wells WG-2424G Gas Countertop Griddle is designed for any commercial kitchen with the 3/4" thick steel plate and for its versatile and easy-to-use design. The griddles have u-shaped burners and internal baffling to direct heat and airflow for greater efficiency. Stainless steel hinged front panel protects the control knobs. Each individual snap-action thermostat controls twelve inches of the cooking surface.
