Wells WG-2436G Gas Countertop Griddle is designed for any commercial kitchen with the 3/4" thick steel plate and for its versatile and easy-to-use design. The griddles have u-shaped burners and internal baffling to direct heat and airflow for greater efficiency. Stainless steel hinged front panel protects the control knobs. Each individual snap-action thermostat controls twelve inches of the cooking surface. Full width front grease trough, integral splashguard, and removable front grease drawer has a four-quart capacity. 3-Burner, 36" x 20.5" cooking surface, 75K BTU, Convertible gas
